Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Prosecco
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons Aperol
Instructions
Combine Prosecco and honey in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add orange juice and Aperol.
Chill for 2 hours. Churn in an ice cream maker for 25-30 minutes.
Freeze in a loaf pan for at least 4 hours. Let sit at room temp for a few minutes before serving.
