Okay, so you’ve heard of the tequila sunsrise, but now it’s time to meet its sophisticated older sister. The tequila sunset features crème de cassis (or blackberry liqueur), giving it a distinctive moody sunset colouring. This twist on the tropical classic uses coconut tequila as the star for a decadent coco-berry combo. Enjoy at golden hour (or any hour for that matter).
Ingredients
- 50ml Cazcabel Coconut Tequila from BWS - Windsor Marketplace 
- 100ml fresh orange juice 
- 15ml crème de cassis (or blackberry liqueur) 
- Ice cubes 
- Orange wedge for garnish 
Method
1. Fill a glass with ice and add the Cazcabel Coconut Tequila and orange juice. Stir gently to combine.
2. Slowly pour the crème de cassis over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom to create the sunset effect.
3. Garnish with an orange wedge to complete the look.
