What happens when you combine a fluffy, buttery croissant and chocolate-chip cookie dough? This delectable crookie, of course, which is ready in just six minutes in the air fryer!
Ingredients
(Number of servings: 8)
450g chocolate-chip cookie dough, at room temperature
8 Woolworths mini croissants
2 tbs icing sugar mixture
Method
Step 1 of 3
Using a large sharp knife, cut dough into 16 equal portions. Cut croissants in half, horizontally.
Step 2 of 3
Place croissant bases on a chopping board. Top each base with 1 dough portion. Replace tops. Top each croissant with remaining 8 dough portions, shaping dough with hands to partially cover croissant.
Step 3 of 3
Cook croissants, in batches, in a 5L air fryer at 200°C for 6 minutes or until golden-brown and dough is cooked. Dust with icing sugar. Serve.
