Olé Espresso Martini


Mexico’s answer to the espresso martini comes dressed in tequila (obviously). But it’s not here to replace the OG, just give it a little competition. Smooth tequila, rich espresso and a touch of sweetness with that unmistakable Mexican character. It’s your favourite coffee cocktail… with a passport stamp.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 60mL 1800 Blanco Tequila

  • 30mL espresso

  • 15mL coffee liqueur

  • 15mL simple syrup

  • Coffee beans

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Combine 1800 Silver Tequila, espresso, coffee liqueur and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Garnish with coffee beans.
