Kickstart your party with these tantalising buffalo chicken sliders featuring juicy shredded chicken, slaw and a creamy dressing. Quick, easy and perfect for sharing!
Ingredients
1 Woolworths country-style roast chicken
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 cups Woolworths mozzarella shredded cheese
12 pack Woolworths mini soft round rolls
2 tbs garlic butter blend, softened
450g Woolworths American-style slaw kit
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Remove skin and bones from chicken and discard. Shred breast and place in a large bowl. Reserve remaining chicken for another use. Add sauce to chicken in bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Using a serrated knife, cut rolls in half horizontally (to create two portions of 6 lids and two portions of 6 bases). Place bread bases, cut-side up, on a prepared tray. Place bread lids, top-side up, on remaining prepared tray. Spread the garlic-butter mixture on the cut side of the bread bases as well as the top side of the bread lids. Bake bread bases for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Spread chicken mixture evenly over bread bases, then top with mozzarella. Bake both trays of bread for 8 minutes or until cheese melts and bread lids are golden.
Step 4
Place bread bases on a large platter. Top with slaw. Drizzle with dressing. Top with bread lids to create a slider slab. Pull or cut sliders apart to serve.
