Make a masterful dinner meal in just one tray and enjoy soft gnocchi, creamy cheese and flavourful sausages in every bite.
Ingredients
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
600g Woolworths herb & garlic beef sausages, casings removed and discarded, roughly chopped
500g potato gnocchi
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp Woolworths dried Italian herbs
1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
400g Woolworths no-added-salt diced tomatoes
1/2 cup Woolworths shredded mozzarella
1 cup baby spinach leaves
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Heat oil in a large flameproof roasting pan over medium-high heat. Add sausage and gnocchi. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until browned. Add garlic, herbs and onion. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 2
Stir in tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer dish to oven. Bake for 8 minutes or until mixture is bubbling around edges. Remove pan from oven.
Step 3
Sprinkle pan with mozzarella. Return to oven and bake for 4 minutes or until mozzarella has melted. Top with spinach to serve.
