Mexican Mule Cocktail Recipe


What happens when a Moscow Mule gets a passport and a sense of adventure? The Mexican Mule. It’s got everything you love about a Moscow Mule-that spicy ginger beer kick, the zesty lime tang-but we’ve switched things up by swapping vodka for El Jimador Blanco Tequila. Ingredients:

50ml El Jimador Blanco Tequila

250ml ginger beer

Lime wedges

Lime and crystallised ginger to garnish

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Fill your glass with ice.

  2. Add El Jimador Blanco Tequila and squeeze two lime wedges into the glass.

  3. Top up with ginger beer and give it a gentle stir to combine.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and crystallised ginger.
