BEEF & VEGETABLE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
- Woolworths COOK slow-cooked butterflied beef 
- Woolworths COOK simmer veggie mix 
- 1/4 bunch parsley 
METHOD
- Add beef, sauce sachet and 1L water to a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. 
- Remove beef from pan and transfer to a board. Using 2 forks, shred beef into chunks. 
- Return shredded meat to the saucepan. Add vegetables and simmer for a further 10 minutes. 
- Serve soup sprinkled with parsley.
