Celery Margarita Recipe


This Celery Margarita is the new, fresh-flavoured go-to tequila cocktail you didn’t know you needed. It’s everything you love about a classic Marg — zesty, fresh, zingy — but with a crisp, salty kick from the fresh celery juice and rim. Sounds weird, tastes amazing. Get around it.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 30ml Casamigos Blanco Tequila 700mL

  • 30ml celery juice

  • 30ml agave syrup

  • 20ml lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • Celery garnish, lime rim and celery salt

  • Ice

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip it in a dish of celery salt.

  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the celery juice, tequila, agave and lime juice.

  3. Shake then strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.

  4. Garnish with the celery stalk and serve immediately.
